McLaren CEO Zak Brown says Gianpiero Lambiase could leave Red Bull for McLaren as early as 2027.
McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown claimed that Red Bull's chief engineer Gianpiero Lambiase could move to McLaren as early as 2027.
Brown said he is optimistic that Max Verstappen's current race engineer will relocate to Woking, McLaren's base, much sooner than expected.
He added, "I’m optimistic we’ll see him in papaya at some point next year," referring to Lambiase's potential presence at Red Bull.
