Bottas rides 420 km by bike to Singapore GP
Cadillac driver Valtteri Bottas cycled 420 km from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore for the GP, encountering snakes and other jungle obstacles.
Cadillac driver Valtteri Bottas opted for a multi‑day bike ride from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore rather than a short flight ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix, covering about 420 km.
During the journey he reported being chased by dogs, encountering snakes and leaping over a lizard, describing the episode as a series of “jungle mind games”.
Bottas said the adventure helped him prepare physically and mentally for the race, giving him a chance to acclimatise to Singapore’s tropical conditions.
